The dinner service continues until 22:00, with sets and a la carte ordering that suit both solo diners and small groups who want a quick but authentic sushi meal before catching a train. Because the counter is small, seats fill quickly during the weekday lunch hour, so arriving shortly after 11:00 or after 14:00 is the best way to avoid a wait. Lumine Est is connected to JR Shinjuku Station's east side, so travellers can reach the eighth floor without going outdoors, which is particularly useful during the rainy season.
