FREAK'S STORE WOMEN'S is a long-established Japanese select shop founded in 1986, occupying the B2 floor of LUMINE EST Shinjuku, a fashion building directly connected to JR Shinjuku Station. The shop is part of a brand that has spent decades selecting clothing and miscellaneous goods it genuinely believes in, and this particular branch caters specifically to women's fashion. Its central Shinjuku location places it at the heart of one of Tokyo's busiest transport hubs. The shop specialises in American casual fashion as its core, layered with worldwide seasonal trends selected by the brand's buyers. Customers will find a curated edit of clothing, accessories and lifestyle goods that blend Japanese sensibility with imported casual staples. FREAK'S STORE has built a loyal following for offering wearable, well-priced pieces that feel current without being overly trend-driven, and the women's branch carries an edited version of that philosophy. Practically, the shop is a two-minute walk from Shinjuku Station and opens from 11:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, with a slightly earlier 10:30 start on weekends and public holidays. Tax-free shopping is available for overseas visitors, making it a convenient stop for travellers exploring the LUMINE EST complex.

The store is not friendly and welcoming to foreign visitors, especially the guy at the cashier. He is very rude towards customers. Should have filed a complaint to his boss. But not spending more time on him is more important. This comment is for the Freak Store at the Lumine est.

The female shop assistants were all super cute and even helped me put together outfits. They were great at recommending things, and I had a very happy shopping experience! They were also very helpful when I had any problems registering as a member. I will definitely shop here again next time I am in Japan!

Great clothing store, I am always able to get something from the store.

Staff were really nice and accommodating.

I went there and asked questions in a mix of Japanese and English, and they answered as best they could, and their attitude was friendly. I guess I need to sign up for duty-free shopping. Just follow the staff's instructions, and it will be done quickly. Do not worry about it being difficult.
