The store is not friendly and welcoming to foreign visitors, especially the guy at the cashier. He is very rude towards customers. Should have filed a complaint to his boss. But not spending more time on him is more important. This comment is for the Freak Store at the Lumine est.

The female shop assistants were all super cute and even helped me put together outfits. They were great at recommending things, and I had a very happy shopping experience! They were also very helpful when I had any problems registering as a member. I will definitely shop here again next time I am in Japan!

I went there and asked questions in a mix of Japanese and English, and they answered as best they could, and their attitude was friendly. I guess I need to sign up for duty-free shopping. Just follow the staff's instructions, and it will be done quickly. Do not worry about it being difficult.
