Mamahuhu, formerly known as Hyakuyo-en, is a casual Chinese kitchen on the seventh floor of Lumine Est Shinjuku specialising in pan-cooked gyoza dumplings, tantanmen noodles and fuss-free wok-fried dishes served hot from the skillet.

Mamahuhu, also known by its full Japanese name Ba-Ba-Hu-Hu or Mama Fufu, is a casual Chinese restaurant located on the seventh floor of Lumine Est Shinjuku at 3-38-1 Shinjuku, directly connected to JR Shinjuku Station's east exit. The restaurant was formerly known as Hyakuyo-en and specialised in gyoza dumplings, but has since been rebranded as a pan-based casual Chinese kitchen concept, reflecting the Japanese trend for skillet-cooked dishes served directly from the pan to the table. Its position within Lumine Est places it among one of the station-connected complex's most diverse restaurant floors.

The menu centres on hane-gyoza, or winged gyoza dumplings with a crispy fried starch skirt, served sizzling in individual frying pans, alongside tantanmen spicy noodle bowls and other wok-cooked Chinese dishes. The concept emphasises simplicity and heat, with dishes designed to be served at their best temperature straight from the pan, and the visual appeal of bubbling, sizzling skillets has made the restaurant popular with diners seeking a casual but satisfying Chinese meal. The menu also includes fried rice, mapo tofu and other standard Chinese-Japanese favourites, with some vegan options available, catering to the varied dietary preferences of the Lumine Est customer base.

The restaurant operates daily from 11:00 to 22:00, with food last orders at 21:30 and drink last orders at 21:30, and is closed only for New Year holidays, following the Lumine Est schedule. Reservations can be made through TableCheck, which is advisable for weekend lunch and dinner when the seventh floor sees heavy traffic from shoppers and commuters. The direct station connection via the JR east exit makes it one of the most accessible Chinese dining options in Shinjuku, and the counter and table seating layout accommodates both solo diners and small groups, with turnover faster than at many sit-down Chinese restaurants in the area.
